FRAUD – 10-13-14 -11-22-14

A resident in the 2000 block of Koper Drive, located in the area of 15 Mile and Dequindre, reported that someone opened a Verizon account in his name without his knowledge or permission. 

LARCENY – 11-19-14 @ 1200 HRS.

A Sterling Heights resident reported that her wallet was stolen when she forgot it on the table at a restaurant in the 35000 block of Dodge Park, near 15 Mile.  Her wallet contained her school identification, driver’s license, cash, and jewelry.  The wallet was returned by someone that found it in a garbage can at a gas station.  The victim’s school ID and driver’s license were left in the wallet, but the jewelry and cash were gone. 

LARCENY FROM AUTO – 11-21-14 1700 HRS.

A resident in the 12000 block of Montbatten Court, located in the Clinton River and Schoenherr area, reported that the license plate was stolen from his vehicle.

LARCENY FROM AUTO – 11-21-14 BET. 2145 HRS. & 2355 HRS.

A Warren resident stated that all of the tires on his vehicle were stolen while he watched a movie at MJR, located on Van Dyke at 15 Mile.  The victim found his vehicle on cinder blocks in the parking lot.

LARCENY FROM AUTO – 11-22-14 BET. 0001 HRS & 0700 HRS.

A resident in the 14000 block of Atwater Drive, located in the area of Hall Road and Hayes, reported that someone attempted to break into her vehicle while it was parked near her apartment.  The front passenger side window was badly damaged from multiple attempts to pop the lock.  No entry was made into the vehicle.

LARCENY 11-22-14 BET. 1400 HRS & 1830 HRS.

A Royal Oak resident reported that her cell phone was stolen from the waterpark area at the Sterling Inn, located at 15 Mile and Van Dyke. 

LARCENY FROM AUTO – 11-22-14 BET. 1830 HRS & 1930 HRS.

A patron of Chili’s Restaurant, located on Hall Road near Schoenherr, reported that someone broke into her vehicle while she was dining.  The driver side window was broken out, and her navigation system had been removed from the dashboard.

LARCENY – 11-12-14        

A resident on the 4000 block of Anthony Drive, located in the 15 Mile and Ryan area, reported that three Apple IPhones were to be delivered by UPS on 11-12-14, but she never received the package.  The victim contacted UPS who stated the package was delivered and placed on the porch of her residence. 

FRAUD – BET. 11-10-14 & 11-24-14

A resident on the 4000 block of Vineyards Boulevard, located in the area of 19 Mile and Ryan, reported that her Discover Card was used at a gas station in Sterling Heights three times without her knowledge or permission.

FRAUD – 11-1-14

A resident on the 12000 block of Decook Drive, located in the area of Clinton River Road and Schoenherr, reported that someone opened a Capital One credit card account and another account through Mid-America Bank and Trust without her knowledge or permission.

MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY – 11-24-14 BET. 0245 & 1100 HRS.

A resident reported that someone broke out the driver’s side rear window on his vehicle which was parked in the lot on the 39000 block of Mound, located north of 17 Mile.

LARCENY – 11-25-14 BET. 0600 & 1800 HRS.

A victim reported her catalytic converter was stolen from her car when it was parked on the 14000 block of 15 Mile Road, located east of Schoenherr.

LARCENY – BET. 11-24-14 2130 HRS. & 11-25-14 2030 HRS.

A resident on the 3000 block of Franklin Park Drive, located in the area of Ryan and 18 Mile, reported that someone ripped out the dashboard of his car and stole a GPS system and two speakers that were installed in the doors.  The vehicle was parked in the street in front of his home.
