On January 28, 2015 at around 8:50 p.m., City of Poughkeepsie Police Detectives arrested Jake Corston Jr. (a 47-year-old City of Poughkeepsie resident) for committing the crimes of failure to register and verify, and falsifying business records in the first degree, both class E felonies. Jake Corston Jr. is a registered Level 3 Sex Offender.

Jake Corston Jr. is currently in the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department cellblock pending his arraignment at City of Poughkeepsie Court.
