On 4/22/15 York City Police arrested Mia Moray Hinsa (30 yr. old) of 520 Wilson Court.  She was arrested in the 100 Blk. of N. Sherman St.  A search warrant was also executed at her listed address.  Hinsa was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver Concaine.  Seized was $40,000 in powder cocaine and a 2011 Hyundai.
