On Thursday, July 23, 2015 members of the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department Neighborhood Recovery Unit and Emergency Services Unit conducted a search warrant at 468 Main Street, Apt. 4. This search warrant was the result of an investigation conducted by the Neighborhood Recovery Unit regarding narcotics distribution at that location.

As a result of the search warrant, officers recovered a 177 bags of heroin, packaging materials, a 12-gauge shotgun, a loaded .40 caliber semiautomatic handgun, and seized a small quantity of cash.

William F. Albino, 44, of 468 Main Street, Apt. 4, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony; and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, a class C felony.

Jonathan J. Marrero, 23, of 468 Main Street, Apt. 4, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor.

Sharon L. Schooner, 44, also of 468 Main Street, Apt. 4, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor, and has an outstanding bench warrant with Town of Poughkeepsie Court.

All three subjects are being held at the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department pending arraignment at City of Poughkeepsie Court.
