The York City Police Dept. obtained arrest warrants for Durell Cotton Jr. (11-17-95) and Elvin Mateo (11-17-95) for Criminal Homicide, Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Homicide, Criminal Attempt to Commit Homicide and Aggravated Assault. These charges stem from the October 15th, 2013 shooting incident that occurred in the 300 block of W. Gas Ave. This shooting incident resulted in Davon Brown being shot and Jordan Breeland being shot and killed.

   Elvin Mateo is currently being detained at York County Prison on other charges and will be arraigned on the charges shortly. Durell Cotton is still at large and is also wanted for the June 12th, 2015 murders of Angel Berrios and Abdiel Vasquez.
