On Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015 at approximately 7:01 p.m., City of Poughkeepsie Police officers responded to a report of a robbery at gunpoint in the area of Morgan Avenue and Mansion Street. After an investigation, two suspects were located and positively identified by the victim. During the course of the investigation, proceeds of the robbery and a loaded 9mm handgun were recovered.

David Flack, 30, of the Town of Poughkeepsie, was charged with first-degree robbery, a class B felony, and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class C felony. Christopher Smart, 27, of the City of Poughkeepsie, was charged with first-degree robbery. Both were held pending arraignment.
