On 8/29/15 at approximately 3:00 AM, the York City Police Department responded to the 200 Block of N. Hartley St. for a report of a woman in a vehicle who appeared to have been shot and was unresponsive.  Ambulance crew arrived and declared Ruby Mercado, of York, dead on – scene.  If anyone has any additional information, please call the York City Police Department at 717-846-1234.
