Kameron Edward Linwood Orr is wanted for questioning by the York City Police Department in the 8/29/15 early morning homicide of Ruby Mercado in the 200 Block of N. Hartley St.  Orr has an active aggravated assault warrant stemming from an 8/1/15 shooting incident that occurred in York City.  A photo of Orr has been attached to this press release.  He is to be considered armed and dangerous.  If anyone has information about the homicide of Ruby Mercado and/or the location of Kameron Edward Linwood Orr, they are encouraged to call the York City Police Department at 717-846-1234 or Crime Stoppers at 755-TIPS.
