On 1/13/16 at approximately 8:05 AM York City Police Officers/Detectives, along with the U.S. Marshals captured Hydiea Banks at a city residence in the west end of the city.  Banks was wanted for attempted homicide from a shooting that occurred on Girard Ave. on 1/9/16.  Her location was confirmed by several tips received by the York City Police Department.  Banks actively resisted the arrest and the gun that was used on 1/9/16 was found within her reach upon her physical custody but no injuries are reported.
