On 1/28/16 at approximately 2:08 P.M. the York City Police Department responded to 443 Park St. for a shooting with a victim.  The victim was taken to York Hospital via personally owned vehicle and died upon arrival.  The victim was shot several times and was identified as Dontay Lamar Lowrie, 21 years old and a city resident.  If anyone has any information relating to his incident they are encouraged to call the York City Police Department at 717-846-1234 or 755-TIPS.
