On 4/10/16 at approximately 7:05 PM, officers of the York City Police Department responded to the area of Girard Park and found three shooting victims.  Wayne Weeden, died as a result of his wounds.  A 17 year old male sustained a wound to his foot and is listed in stable condition.  John Middleton Jr.  sustained three wounds to his leg and back area and is listed in stable condition.   Several pieces of evidence were discovered, clearly indicating that the incident was not random.
