On 4/14/16, the York City Police Department obtained arrest warrants for Brady and Bradley Koehler for the homicide of Wayne Weeden, which occurred on 4/10/16.   Both defendants have turned themselves in for these charges.  The incident started when two high school students from outside of the city attempted to buy marijuana within the city but were robbed by the drug dealers.  These students returned to the area of Girard Park to physically fight the suspects of that robbery, which quickly turned into a gun fight to which Wayne Weeden lost his life.
