On 6/30/16 the York City Police and the U.S. Marshal Task Force arrested Manuel Jesus Maldonaldo-Martinez (27 yr. old) of the 500 Blk. of Hill St., York PA.  He was taken into custody at 666 Front St. for (2) outstanding warrants (aggravated assault and person not to possess).  A subsequent search warrant was executed by the Nuisance Abatement Division.  Seized in the house was $2,400 in heroin, $250 in marijuana and a Beretta Pico .380.  Maldonaldo-Martinez was charged with persons not to possess a firearm, possession with the intent to deliver heroin and marijuana. 

Assisting in the arrest was the York County Sheriff’s Department.
