On 8/6/16 at approximately 2:25 AM, the York City Police Department were in front of Cobblestones on the 200 Block of South George St. for bar closing when officers observed a disturbance from a crowd that gathered in front of 240 S. George St. and soon after heard shots fired.  Officers responded toward the gunfire but found no victims.  A victim did arrive at York Hospital via privately owned vehicle, Edwin Wintermyers III, 28 years old,  of York was struck once in the left wrist.  He was last listed with a non-life threatening injury and in stable condition.  No suspect information was given. 

On 8/6/16 at approximately 3:45 AM, officers responded to 250 S. Penn St. for a juvenile gunshot victim.  Officers discovered a 10 year old boy who was struck in the shoulder while in the home.  Marquez Jabar McCowan, 28 years old of York, who was having an ongoing dispute with family members, arrived to the rear of the residence and began shooting at Christina Harris and one of those shots struck the juvenile victim.  A warrant has been obtained for McCowan but is not currently in custody.  Juvenile victim was transported to York Hospital and was last listed in stable condition.

On 8/6/16 at approximately 7:47 AM, officers responded to 211 S. Pine St. for a shooting with a victim and discovered Eugene Brabham, 36 years old, of York, shot twice, who was transported to York Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.  Prior to the shooting, Brabham was either engaged in a dispute or was actively being robbed, just prior to being shot.
