On 8/10/16 at approx. 1255 am officers were dispatched to a reported shooting in the 100 block of S. Belvedere Ave.  Upon arrival is was discovered that a victim was transported to York Hospital with a minor gunshot wound.  A description was put out for the suspect involved in the incident and a short time later officers spotted a person matching the description.  After a brief foot pursuit Steven Frederick Stokes with no fixed address was taken into custody and a handgun recovered.
