On 8/10/16 at approximately 3:58 PM, the York City Police Department was dispatched to an accident at 725 Roosevelt Ave.   Upon arrival, they discovered that a pedestrian was struck by a moving vehicle.  The pedestrian, Cheyann Miller, 28 years old of York, was transported to York Hospital and was last listed in serious condition.  The driver, Tyler Connelly, 25 years old of Manchester, was also taken to York Hospital and was last listed in stable condition.  No criminal charges are filed at the time of this press release, but the investigation will be ongoing.
