On 9/9/16 at approximately 9:34 PM, the York City Police Department was dispatched to Smalls Field parking lot for a shooting.  Upon arrival, two victims were found, Darius Allen, 23 years old, city resident and Antwan Jackson, 20 years old, from the York area.  Allen was struck once in the abdomen and Jackson was struck once in the back.  A verbal dispute was initiated inside the football stadium, during the game and continued outside of the gate as they were escorted out of the stadium by York City School Police Officers and soon after the shooting incident began.  Allen is listed in critical condition and Jackson is listed in stable condition at the time of this press release.  If anyone has any information relating to this incident they are encouraged to call the York City Police Department at 717-846-1234 or text tips to 847-411.
