On 9/13/16 the York City Police Department obtained an arrest for Stephon Damieen Brown, 16 years old of 1040 Spring St., Suite # 1 of Reading Pa. for aggravated assault, stemming from the shooting on 9/9/16 at Smalls Field during a York High Football Game.  Both victims from the shooting are in stable condition.  Brown has been charged as adult.  Brown is a suspect in several other shootings within the City of York and is considered armed and dangerous.  Because we believe Brown to be in the area, we are emphasizing our need for citizen assistance in locating him.  He is described as a black male, 5'5" and weighting approximately 100 pounds.  If anyone has any information relating to this incident they are encouraged to call the York City Police Department at 717-846-1234 or text tips to 847-411.  Texting in tips is the best method of conveying where Brown may be located.
