York City Police Investigators are trying to identify  two individuals in the attached photograph. On 10/12/16 at approximately 1830hrs, gun shots were fired in the area of W. Hope  Ave and S. Hartley St. by a subject fitting the description of the individual pictured on the bicycle with the red hat.  On 10/12/16 at approximately 1907hrs, a victim was shot in 400 block of W. Princess  St. by an individual on a bicycle. These 2 incidents preliminarily appear to be related. Anyone with information about the identity of the individuals in the attached photographs is asked to contact the York City Police Department at 846-1234 or 849-2219. Tips can also be reported anonymously by texting "Yorktips" at tip411 or by calling Crime Stoppers at 755-TIPS. A cash reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest in these cases.
