The following is a press release from the U.S. Marshals Service.  The juvenile mentioned is Stephon Brown.  The arrest was made in cooperation with the York City Police Department. 

U.S. MARSHALS FUGITIVE TASK FORCE ARRESTS SHOOTING SUSPECT

HARRISBURG, Pa. – United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Fugitive Task Force arrested a 15 year old juvenile in Lancaster, PA.

On September 9, 2016, it is alleged that a suspect shot at the victims striking two of them.  Both victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment.  The shooting occurred at the Smalls Athletic Field in York City during a football game.  The York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging the suspect with firearms not to be carried without a license, recklessly endangering another person, aggravated assault, possession of firearm by minor and criminal mischief/damage property.

On October 13, Deputy U.S. Marshals and task force officers located and arrested this juvenile without incident in Lancaster, PA.  The juvenile was turned over to local authorities pending further judicial proceedings.
