On 11/9/16 the York City Police Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 164 S. Pine St. 1st floor.  Arrested in the house was Rodney Hollabaugh (60 yr. old) of the listed address.  Hollabaugh was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver Heroin, Receiving Stolen Property (firearem), and Persons not to Possess.  Also arrested was Kelly Lotz (48 yr. old) of N. Baltimore Ave, Mt. Holly Springs.  Lotz was charged with Possession of Paraphernalia.  Seized during the warrant was $5,800 in heroin, a .22 cal. Walter handgun and paraphernalia.

Assisting in the warrant was the Nuisance Abatement Unit.
