On 11/15/16 York City’s Nuisance Abatement Unit executed a search warrant at 205 Eberts Lane, York PA.   Arrested in the house was Wilhen Rivera Jr (20 yr. old) and Lykeem Bethune (20 yr. old) both of 205 Eberts Lane.  Seized during the search was a Glock .380 handgun (reported stolen), a Glock 9 MM handgun and 2 pounds of marijuana.  Rivera was charged with Receiving Stolen Property (firearm) and Possession with the Intent to Deliver Marijuana.  Bethune was charged with Receiving Stolen Property (handgun), Persons not to Possess and Possession of Marijuana. 

Assisting in the warrant was the Marshal Task Force.
