The York City Police are reporting the conclusion of “OPERATION LINT TRAP”.   The three month effort was organized by the Nuisance Abatement Unit with assistance from the Narcotics Division.  The area of the operation was in the 200 blk. of Miller Lane and concentrated on heroin dealers.  The detail was based on the numerous complaints from neighbors and relatives of users.  The three month investigation included surveillance and multiple heroin buys.  As a result, felony drug warrants were obtained for 14 heroin drug dealers. 

Over the past 3 weeks a coordinated arrest effort between the York City Police and the U.S. Marshal Task Force arrested 10 of the wanted suspects.  Some of the suspects have multiple delivery charges.  Listed below are the subjects that were arrested:

Francisco Rivera-Rivera/24 yr. old/ (1) count of delivery

Willie McDonald/47 yr. old/ (2) counts of delivery

Gerald Custodio-Cintron/37 yr. old/ (2) counts of delivery

Marisol Ayala/46 yr. old/ (1) count of delivery

Wilson Molina/34 yr. old/ (3) counts of delivery

Carlos Valentin Carrero Jr. /28 yr. old/ (1) count of delivery

Edwin Pantojas/54 yr. old/ (1) count of delivery

Emmanuel Molina-Alicea/29 yr. old/ (1) count of delivery

16 yr. old male juvenile/ (1) count of delivery
