The Homewood Police Department has recently seen an increase in vehicle break ins in our neighborhoods.  Most of the vehicles that were burglarized were left unlocked with valuables in plain view.  The Homewood Police Department would like to remind residents to please lock your vehicles and to remove your valuables.  If you see anyone acting suspicious please call 911 and refrain from approaching them.  Please remind your neighbors to lock their vehicles and take out their valuables.
