2nd Precinct -DEP conducting test drill at Hillview Reservoir site today.


The N.Y.C. D.E.P.  will be conducting a test drill today at the Hillview Reservoir that will last a few hours.  There will be increased traffic and activity at the Central Avenue and Hall place entrance to the facility.  There may also be helicopters monitoring the drill in the area.
