Lt. Joe Macaluso Honored


As the Chief of Police I am honored that Lt. Joseph Macaluso was the recipient of the “Thomas R. Oberschmidt” award.  This award, given by Women Helping Women, was established in 1989.  Lt. Macaluso is the second Delhi Police Officer to win this award.  The award acknowledges officers for their sensitivity towards survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.

Please join me in congratulating Lt. Joe Macaluso for this prestigious honor.
