On March 6, 2013 members of the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department Neighborhood Recovery Unit conducted a search warrant at 47 Carroll St., Apartment 4. This search warrant was the result of a three-month investigation into marijuana sales at the location. The City of Poughkeepsie Police Department Emergency Services Unit assisted in this search warrant.  

As a result of the investigation, NRU members recovered over one pound of marijuana that was packaged for sale, a .22 caliber handgun and $4340 in cash. 

Lavalle Reynolds (date of birth 7/7/86), a resident of this location and target of this investigation was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the second degree, a class D felony; Criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a class D felony;  Endangering the welfare of a child in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.  Lavalle Reynolds is being held for arraignment.

Tyron Wilson (date of birth 12/19/83), a resident of this location and target of this investigation was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the 2nd degree, a class D felony; Criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor; and endangering the welfare of a child in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.  Tyron Wilson is being held for arraignment.

Dawn Guarneri (date of birth 3/23/85), a resident of this location was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.   Dawn Guarneri was released on an appearance ticket for City of Poughkeepsie Court.  Her next scheduled court date is March 7, 2013 at 9 am.
