Boston Police: E-5 West Roxbury

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY

A teenage male was assaulted on Tuesday afternoon, March 11, 2008, on South St, near the commuter rail station in Roslindale Village. Four males approached him and asked him if he had a cell phone. When the victim stated "no", they asked him if he had an IPOD. He told them he had no valuables or money with him. At this time, the suspect asking the questions,  a black male 6’ 2", muscular build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, jeans with red monkey’s as a design and timberland work boots started punching & kicking him along with the other three suspects. The suspects fled after the assault.
