Aggravated Assault:

CC# 080226106 on 4/22/08 9:15PM at W Broadway & D St a RC was dispatched for a teen being beaten with a bat at the Burger King Restaurant.  As a result of this call and the incident below a group of BM’s were FIO’d inside Burger King. 

CC# 080223905 on 4/21/08 9:35PM at F ST & W 6^th St victim reported that when he came to the aid of as friend  who was being assaulted by several BM’s, he was punched and kicked by the suspects. 

CC# 080216153 on 4/18/08 3:50AM at 375 Old Colony Ave victim sustained a gunshot wound to the stomach while in the hallway of 375 Old Colony Ave.  A second victim was found at Old Colony & Preble suffering from a gunshot wound to the left arm and left side of the neck.

CC# 080231181 between 4/24/08 11:30PM & 4/25/08 6AM at 81 Orton Marotta Way victim reported that a window was smashed and a Tom-Tom GPS was stolen.

CC# 080231231 between 4/23/08 6PM & 4/24/08 7:15AM at 352 E 8^th St victim reported that a Kate Spade handbag, Armani sunglasses, and CD’s were stolen from their unsecured vehicle. Window open. 

CC# 080226624 on 4/23/08 4:30AM at the Holiday Inn Express 69 Boston St victim reported that a window was smashed and a GPS was stolen.

CC# 080229826 between 4/22/08 2AM & 4/24/08 2:48PM at the Verizon lot 173 Boston St victim reported that a window was smashed and 1000’ of copper wire valued at $300 was stolen.

CC# 080224942 between 4/19/08 5PM & 4/22/08 8AM at the Verizon lot 173 Boston St victim reported that boxes of copper wire were stolen from a van.

CC# 080212775 between 4/13/08 4AM & 4/16/08 2:46PM at the Verizon lot 173 Boston St victim reported that copper wire valued at $1000 was stolen from 2 vans.
