Robbery:

CC# 080454822 on 8/6/08 10:44PM at 31 Logan Way victim reported that while making a delivery for Alex’s Pizza she was approached by 2 masked males armed with a black revolver.  One of the suspects stated “Shh be quiet. I’m not going to hurt you. Give me your money.”  The victim was told to lie on the ground as the suspects fled with $35USC and the victim’s cell phone.

CC# 080452711 on 8/5/08 11:10PM at 40 Dalessio Ct victim reported that while making a delivery for South Boston Chinese a WF approached him in a veined attempt to pay for the order.  As the WF stalled 2 BM’s who were masked approached and the victim heard a clicking noise and believed he was about to be robbed by a firearm.  The victim left the food order and fled.

Aggravated Assault:

CC# 080450600 on 8/5/08 12:39AM at 1244 Columbia Rd victim reported that he observed a friend involved in an argument with a WM 20 years 6’1” 210 lbs muscular build.  When the victim interceded he was stabbed in the stomach by the suspect.  Victim sustained a superficial stab wound to the abdomen.

Residential B&E:

CC# 080454997 on 8/6/08 between 11:30AM & 10:30PM on Logan Way  victim reported that entry was gained by damaging the deadbolt and Sharp speakers, cell phone, 30-40 CD’s, clothing, assorted jewelry, and food were stolen. 

CC# 080449811 between 7/28/08 & 7/31/08 on Hart Pl victim reported that a digital camera and a Movado watch was stolen.  No sign of forced entry.

CC# 080441396 on 7/31/08 between 6:30AM & 5:30PM at 500 block  E 8^th St victim reported that a Sony plasma TV, Nikon camera, and adown comforter were stolen.  No sign of forced entry.

CC# 080455658 on 8/7/08 between 11:08AM & 11:46AM at the Roundhouse Hotel 891 Mass Ave victim reported that a window was smashed and a Tom-Tom GPS was stolen.

CC# 080453148 between 8/5/08 11PM & 8/6/08 6:30AM at Logan & Devine victim reported that moldings and mud flaps were stole.

CC# 080450844 between 8/4/08 8PM & 8/5/08 6:15AM at 43 Baxter St victim reported that a window was smashed and a Garmin GPS was stolen.

CC# 080449754 on 8/4/08 5:05PM at 108 Newmarket Sq victim reported that a BF 53 years 5’4” 130 lbs propositioned him to have sex and then entered his truck and stole $1800USC.  Suspect fled on a dark colored bike.

CC# 080445485 between 7/31/08 4PM & 8/1/08 9AM at 99 Preble St victim reported that battery pack was stolen.

CC# 080447570 on 8/3/08 between 11AM & 3PM at 38 Boston St victim reported that a window was smashed and a Magellan GPS was stolen.
