Robbery:

CC# 080642124 on 11/4/08 6:30PM at Credit Auto Sales 1258 Mass Ave victim reported that 2 BM’s 26-31 years entered the lot and inquired about a vehicle.  The suspects followed the victim into the office and one of the suspects ordered the victim to put his hands up while displaying a black handgun.  The victim believed that the gun was a BB gun and he reached for the gun.  The suspects then fled across the street into an alleyway that led to W Cottage St.

CC# 080636351 on 11/01/08 8:30PM at Stop & Shop 1100 Mass Ave victim reported that a BM 5’9” 160 lbs wearing black jeans white T-shirt and a black baseball hat pushed her and stole her T-Mobile sidekick cell phone.  Suspect fled through the N-Star lot and was last observed on Batchelder St.

CC# 080634272 on 10/31/08 10:08PM at 200 block W 8^th St victim reported that a BM 28 years 6’2” thin build wearing a black hoodie baggy jeans thin mustache and beard and a gold earring knocked on the door and stated “I don’t want your candy I want your money”.  The victim struck the suspect with a cane knocking him to the ground.  Suspect fled on F St towards W 7^th. 

CC# 080638022 on 11/2/08 5:30PM at W Broadway & C St victim reported that a BM 24 years 6’2” 220 lbs wearing a black hat grey hoodie grey sweatshirt and black Nike sneakers assaulted and robbed him of $375 USC, Seiko watch, and a Sprint cell phone.  Suspect was accompanied by 7 BM’s NFI.  Suspects fled into the projects.

Aggravated Assault:

CC# 080636757 on 11/2/08 12:19AM at 1269 Mass Ave victim & witness reported that they were outside of the Venetian Garden when they were confronted by 2 BM’s one of whom slashed the victim across the chest. Victim self applied to BMC.  Witness believed that the suspects were brothers.

Residential B&E:

CC# 080639649 on 11/3/08 between 9:10AM & 9:50AM at 100 block  H St victim reported that entry was gained through the basement door in the rear of the residence and once inside an interior door was forced open.  A Toshiba LCD TV, Sony DVD player, Haler air conditioner, and a Bose radio were reported stolen. 

CC# 080635887 on 11/1/08 4PM at 500 block E 4^th St victim reported that as he entered his apartment he observed a WM 20-25 years 5’10” medium build light brown hair wearing a dark blue sweatshirt and blue jeans inside the apartment.  As the suspect fled he dropped a camera that he had stolen from the apartment.  Damage was noted on the door lock.

CC# 080633757 on 10/31/08 between 5:45AM & 5:45PM at 100 block  I St victim reported that entry was gained through the basement door and a Sony 40” LCD TV and a Dell laptop were stolen.

B&E MV:

CC# 080643109 between 11/4/08 10PM & 11/5/08 9AM at 21 Crowley Rogers Way victim reported that a window was pried open and a Pioneer radio was stolen.

CC# 080642112 between 11/2/08 4:30PM & 11/3/08 6:30PM at 730 E 2^nd St victim reported that a handicap placard was stolen from their unsecured vehicle.

CC# 080641082 on 11/4/08 between 10AM & 10:15AM on Congress St victim reported that a window was smashed and a Dell laptop and a Sony camera were stolen.

CC# 080640803 between 11/3/08 8:30PM & 11/4/08 7:30AM at 1326 Columbia Rd victim reported that a window was smashed and a backpack was stolen.

CC# 080638618 on 11/2/08 between 1PM & 3:30PM at 47 Middle St victim reported that eyeglasses and $20USC were stolen.  No sign of forced entry noted.

CC# 080637598 between 11/1/08 11:30PM & 11/2/08 12:30PM at the Roundhouse Hotel 891 Mass Ave victim reported that a window was smashed and a Tom-Tom GPS was stolen.

CC# 080633513 on 10/31/08 between 11AM & 4:30PM at 960 Mass Ave victim reported that a window was smashed and a Lawrence GPS and Nextel cell phone were stolen.

CC# 080632692 between 10/30/08 7:30PM & 10/31/08 9:15AM at 15 Washburn St victim reported that a window was smashed and a Dell laptop and the drivers and passenger airbags were stolen.
