Armed Robbery:

CC# 080737118 on 12/26/08 8:14PM at Dorchester Ave & Dorchester St victim reported that he was approached by 3 WHM’s 16-18 years one of whom stated “I have a gun”.  Victim was robbed of his I-pod and wallet containing $90USC.  Suspect fled towards Andrew Sq T.

Residential B&E:

CC# 080745220 on 12/31/08 between 12:30PM & 4:15PM at 600 block E 8^th St victim reported that the apartment door was forced and a 50” Panasonic LCD TV, WII, and an X-Box were stolen.

CC# 080745343 on 12/31/08 between 9:30AM & 5PM at 100 block Athens St victim reported that an HP laptop and $480USC were stolen.  No sign of forced entry.

CC# 090001348 between 12/31/08 6PM & 1/1/09 6:30PM at 300 block W Broadway victim reported that entry was gained through the rear door and a 19” Sony LCD TV, Visio laptop, Garmin GPS, and a Magellan GPS were stolen.

CC# 080745075 on 12/31/08 between 8:30AM & 2:15PM at 100 block W 2^nd St victim reported that a Gateway laptop and coins were stolen.  No sign of forced entry.

CC# 090000610 between 12/31/08 9:30AM & 1/1/09 5AM on Logan Way victim reported that entry was gained through the porch door and DVD’s and a DVD player were stolen.  Stolen items were recovered outside along with blood evidence.

CC# 090000435 on 1/1/09 3:41AM at 700 block E 6^th St victim reported that a WM 30 years 5’10” 180 lbs dark brown hair wearing a blue sweater and jeans broke the glass petition to the door and entered the common hallway.  Suspect fled.

CC# 080743349 / 080743496 on 12/30/08 2:40PM at 700 block E 6^th St #2 & #3 victim reported that the apartment doors were pried open and a Dell laptop, HP laptop, and assorted jewelry were stolen.  At 12:40PM a witness reported seeing 2 WM’s entering the residence. #1WM 20-30 years 5’9” 180 lbs weathered looking face wearing gray hoodie and dark jeans #2 WM 20-30 years 5’10” 150 lbs wearing a light colored BB hat dark jacket and baggy blue jeans.

CC# 080743593 / 080743807 on 12/30/08 between 9:40AM & 4:30PM at 700 block  E 8^th St #2 & #3 victim reported that the apartment doors were pried open and a 40” LCD TV, 3 HP laptops, Apple laptop, and a digital camera were stolen.

CC# 080740467 on 12/28/08 between 2:45PM & 11:15PM at 200 block D St victim reported that entry was gained through the bathroom window and an Apple laptop, Sony laptop, and assorted jewelry were stolen.

CC# 080738552 on 12/27/08 between 2:30PM & 5:30PM at 100 block D St victim reported that the front door was damaged but the deadbolt prevented entry.

CC# 080739603 between 12/27/08 6PM & 12/28/08 12:30PM at 100 block W 8^th St victim reported that entry was gained through the basement door and a Sony PS3 and a canvas work bag were stolen.

CC# 080741413 between 12/24/08 7:30PM & 12/26/08 9:30PM at 300 block W Broadway victim reported that the rear door was forced and an Apple laptop, Dell laptop, Dynex 19” LCD TV, and coins were stolen.

CC# 080737406 on 12/26/08 between 4PM & 11:58PM at 200 block Bolton St victim reported that entry was gained through the rear door and a Panasonic 50” LCD TV, Bose surround sound system, Adams golf clubs, WII, and assorted jewelry were stolen.

CC# 080744683 on 12/30/08 between 3:30PM & 4PM at 965 Mass Ave victim reported that a book bag containing credit cards was stolen.

CC# 080744705 between 12/30/08 9:30PM & 12/31/08 10AM at 254 E 9^th St victim reported that a window was smashed and a Sony radio was stolen.

CC# 080743836 on 12/30/08 between 9AM & 7PM at 108 F St victim reported that a window was smashed and a laptop bag was stolen.

CC# 080742777 on 12/20/08 between 6:20AM & 8:20AM at the BAC 653 Summer St victim reported that a window was smashed and an I-phone was stolen.

CC# 080741120 between 12/27/08 & 12/29/08 at 34 Telegraph St victim reported that a CD charger was stolen and the ignition was damaged.

CC# 080471504 between 12/28/08 7PM & 12/29/08 5PM at 370 E 8^th St victim reported that a window was smashed and a Sirius radio was stolen.

CC# 080742620 between 12/23/08 & 12/30/08 at 102 G St victim reported that a window was smashed and a Tom-Tom GPS was stolen.
