Robbery:

CC# 090273926 on 5/19/09 9:45PM at W Broadway & Dorchester Ave homeless victim reported that while he was sleeping in the grassy area 2 WM’s held him down and stole $100USC.  Suspect description WM 18 years 5’6” 130 lbs wearing a white scarf and dark jeans #2 WM 15 years 5’5” 120 lbs wearing a dark blue hoodie. 

CC# 090273882 on 5/19/09 10PM at W Broadway & C St victim reported that a WHM 11 years 5’3” 114 lbs wearing a black hoodie and dark jeans stole her cell phone as she was texting.  A second suspect was observed WHM 15 years 5’6” 135 lbs wearing a white scarf around his face blue and white sweatshirt and dark jeans.  (Same description as above)

CC# 090271972 on 5/19/09 12:42AM at 283 E 8^th St a delivery person for Chinese Noodle reported that while making a delivery to 283 E 8^th St he was approached by 3 BM’s wearing hoodies and ½ face masks who displayed a silver handgun.  Victim dropped the order and fled. 

CC# 090266381 on 5/15/09 8:50AM at Frontage Rd & W 4^th St homeless victim reported that he was robbed of an I-pod, gold ring, prescription medication, food stamps, and a duffle bag by another homeless person known to the victim as “T” BM 38 years 6’2” 185 lbs.  Report filed on 5/16/09 7:15AM.

Aggravated Assault:

CC# 090266188 on 5/16/09 2:50AM at Farragut & E 6^th St an 18 year old male and a 16 year old male were arrested for A&B and disorderly a second juvenile male was also summonsed.  These suspects are persons of interest for Aggravated Assaults on District 6.

CC# 090274090 on 5/20/09 1:15AM at 573 Dorchester Ave witness reported that the victim was kicked to the ground by 2 WM’s dressed in Gothic attire.  All parties had been in the Junction prior to the assault

CC# 090268841 on 5/17/09 11:55AM at 206 H St victim reported that 3BM’s and a WM in an older model grey pickup truck called the victim by name and when he approached the occupants exited the vehicle and threatened him with a pick ax and a machete.    

Residential B&E:

CC# 090271247 between 5/15/09 5:30PM & 5/18/09 4:40PM at 845 E 4^th St victim reported that a Walter P99 .40 caliber handgun and ammunition was stolen from a locked shed.  Damage noted to the window and screen.

B&E MV:

CC# 090273865 on 5/19/09 between 3AM & 6AM at 69 Baxter St victim reported that a Sony car radio and Craftsman tools were stolen.  No sign of forced entry.

CC# 090272269 between 5/18/09 7PM & 5/19/09 7:45AM at 155 I St victim reported that all 4 tires were stolen from their 2008 Honda Accord.

CC# 090272808 on 5/17/09 between 11AM & 1PM at 707 E Broadway victim reported that an HP laptop was stolen from their unsecured vehicle.

CC# 090270263 between 5/17/09 1PM & 5/18/09 7:30AM at D St & Silver St victim reported that a window was smashed and a Magellan GPS was stolen.

CC# 090269626 on 5/17/09 between 8AM & 4PM at D St & Fargo St victim reported that a window was smashed and a GPS and power drill were stolen.

CC# 090267139 on 5/16/09 between 7AM & 3:05PM at 400 D St victim reported that a window was smashed and a Garmin GPS, radar detector, and leather book bag were stolen.

CC# 090264660 on 5/15/09 between 2PM & 2:38PM at 340 W 3^rd St victim reported that a window was smashed and an I-pod was stolen.
