Aggravated Assault:

CC# 090343533 on 6/22/09 2:05AM at Slainte 28 W Broadway rear parking area victim reported that he was stabbed in the lower back by WHM known as “Tomas Soto” who is a promoter for Latin Nights.  Victim was assaulted inside the bar prior to being stabbed.

Residential B&E:

CC# 090349168 on 6/24/09 between 11:45PM & 4:30PM at 25 South Point Dr victim reported that an Apple laptop, I-pod, Nikon camera, and a 28” Sony TV were stolen.  No sign of forced entry.

Commercial B&E:

CC# 090347486 on 6/23/09 11:39PM at Metro PCS 239 Dorchester St victim reported that a window was smashed and 2 cell phones were stolen from the display case.

CC# 090348757 between 6/23/09 9PM & 6/24/09 6AM at 13 Flaherty Way victim reported that a window was pried an installed radio was stolen.

CC# 090348218 between 6/23/09 8PM & 6/24/09 9:30AM at the Roundhouse Hotel 891 Mass Ave victim reported that a window was smashed and a Garmin GPS was stolen.

CC# 090346538 between 6/22/09 4PM & 6/23/09 2AM at C St & W 1^st St victim reported that a window was smashed and an I-pod and blackberry were stolen.

CC# 090343872 between 6/21/09 7PM & 6/22/09 7:45AM at 779 E 5^th St victim reported that 4 tires were stolen from their 2003 Acura.

CC# 090343698 between 6/21/09 11:30PM & 6/22/09 7:45AM at 779 E 5^th St victim reported that 4 tires were stolen from their 2004 Infiniti.

CC# 090336084 on 6/18/09 12:45PM at the Holiday Inn Express 69 Boston St victim reported that a window was smashed and 2 Apple I-pods were stolen. 

CC# 090335234 between 6/17/09 11PM & 6/18/09 12:20AM at the Courtyard Marriot 63 Boston St victim reported that a window was smashed and a Garmin GPS was stolen.

CC# 090337792 between 6/18/09 8PM & 6/19/09 8:15AM at 155 Boston St victim reported that a window was smashed and a Samsung printer and a camera were stolen.

CC# 090342898 on 6/21/09 between 4:30PM & 6PM at Gold’s Gym 323 Dorchester Ave victim reported that a window was smashed and a purse containing credit cards was stolen.  The credit cards were used at Target by 2 BF,s. 

CC# 090337824 between 6/17/09 8:30PM & 6/19/09 8AM at 323 Dorchester Ave victim reported that a window was smashed and an I-pod was stolen.
