Welcome to our newest community safety project:
The Chelsea Police Department Alert Network allows the Chelsea Police Department to inform interested participants of alerts and other important information by sending messages directly to your e-mail or via text message to your cell phone.
- Citizen Alerts inform all registered users of public safety concerns in your area. The Alerts contain information about crime trends, descriptions of suspects, missing persons, as well as traffic and extreme weather advisories.
- Business Alerts are targeted to specific business types, so your business will receive information about crimes that are pertinent to your business type.
- Watch Group Alerts allow law enforcement to send targeted alerts to specific registered Community Action Team members as well as registered neighborhood watch group members concerning information specific to their immediate area.
