Welcome to our newest community safety project: The Wichita Police Department Citizen Alert.  This free service provides information to keep us connected and informed, maintaining a safe and secure community.

Be sure you SIGN UP to receive alerts from the Wichita Police Department.

Watch Groups can have their own dedicated page on the Wichita Police Department Citizen Alert system.  Specific Watch Groups allow citizens to stay informed on what is occurring in their neighborhood. You can receive Watch Group Alerts directly from our department regarding crimes or other incidents uniquely relevant to you.

Local businesses can also participate in the Business Alert Network. Be sure to select your correct business category when you sign up so that we only send you alerts that impact your company. You can receive these targeted, instantaneous alerts via email, cell phone, pager and fax.

There is no limit to what we can accomplish in the pursuit of a safer Wichita if we all work together, stay alert, and stay connected!
