CitizenObserver Account Specialist
The Account Specialist has responsibility for growing the customer relationship of CitizenObserver's Law Enforcement accounts. The Account Specialist is responsible for customer satisfaction and growth. The Account Specialist reports to the sales manager.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with software license sales renewal and upgrading business in the U.S.
- Responding to incoming inquires, executing sales plan to close in conjunction with the sales manager
- Support sales in scheduling online demonstrations
- Delivering metrics on the overall quality of the relationship
- Ensuring all interaction with the customer is documented and accurate
- Implementing best practices at the customer level
- Collaborating with the sales manager to maintain renewal business
- Supplying customers with timely responses regarding product information, pricing, and company information
- Providing support to other departments as required
Desired Skills:
- 3-5 years of account management experience
- Sales Experience; ideally in selling to an established customer base
- Demonstrated understanding of Customer Relationship Management and Internet Technologies
- Understanding of Law Enforcement Agency operations a plus
- Ability to deal with others with tact, honesty and good judgment
- Willingness to go the extra mile to support the team and customer
- Ability to communicate to peers and management clearly and in a timely manner on sales activities
- Strong, engaging personality that customers will appreciate and respond to
- Ability to use initiative in identifying, addressing and resolving day to day issues and challenges
- High level of enthusiasm and sense of humor
Compensation:
Position offers a competitive base salary and commission with full benefits. First year income range of $35 - 45K.
