The male had a pocket knife out and tried to lure children into the woods. The male made a slashing motion with his thumb to his neck to scare the children. The male is described as being in his mid twenties and very "dirty" looking. He was about 5'8" - 5'10" tall wearing black shirt with a green coat and blue jeans. He was described as having a medium build. There was mud on his coat and on the knees of his jeans. His hair was dark blonde and was also dirty. He was carrying a brown colored duffel bag.
