	&lt;strong&gt;The Newark Police are alerting the public to several incidents of indecent exposure which have occurred in Newark recently. &amp;nbsp;Newark Police are looking for a white male who has been seen on at least five occasions running around naked and/or half naked in Newark.&amp;nbsp; The suspect is described as a white male between 25 and 35 years of age.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;The first report came in on Thursday October 6, 2011 at 1:28 a.m.&amp;nbsp; Officers responded to Elkton Road near Veterans Lane for a report that an approximately 30 year old white male, wearing a plaid shirt and no pants was jumping out of the bushes near the Rittenhouse Station construction site.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;On&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Thursday October 13, 2011 at 9:41 p.m. officers responded to Apple Road near Elkton Road for a report that a naked white male appeared to be streaking in the area. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;On&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Saturday November 26, 2011 at 11:25 p.m. officers responded to Willa Road near West Park Place.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;An anonymous report stated that as a male was walking home, an unknown white male followed him while appearing to be masturbating.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;On Monday November 28, 2011 at 11:19 p.m. officers responded to West Park Place for a female reporting that she was walking home and observed a white male, approximately 35 years old, walking on West Park Place with no clothes on.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;strong&gt;On Thursday December 1, 2011 at 10:30 p.m. officers responded to the area of Devon Drive for a report that a female was walking in the area when she observed a half naked white male.&amp;nbsp; The victim described a white male, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and no pants, possibly 25 to 28 years old, 6&amp;rsquo;2&amp;rdquo; to 6&amp;rsquo;5&amp;rdquo;, weighing approximately 180 to 210 pounds.&amp;nbsp; The victim stated that as she walked by the suspect he appeared to be touching himself in a lewd manner.&amp;nbsp; The victim then ran off and contacted police.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

	&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&#xD;

      <title>Theft From Unsecured Vehicles</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Over the last several days numerous UNSECURED motor vehicles have been entered and have had items stolen out of them.&amp;nbsp; The items stolen include GPS&amp;nbsp;Units, personal identification and credit cards.&amp;nbsp; The first events occurred over the Memorial Day weekend on the west side of the city in the West Chesnut Hill Road area.&amp;nbsp; We now have reports of the same thefts from vehicles occurring on the east side of the city in the Windy Hills area.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Shortly after midnight on the morning of Saturday November 21, a resident in the first block of Tanglewood Ln. awoke to noises in his house.&amp;nbsp; Upon getting out of bed, he encountered a person in his kitchen.&amp;nbsp; The burglar ran out of the house when confronted.&amp;nbsp; The suspect had entered&amp;nbsp;through an unlocked kitchen window in the rear of the house.&amp;nbsp; 2 credit cards that the burglar had taken from the kitchen were found outside the house.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

      <title>2 Street Robberies</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;On Tuesday November 17 around 8:15 p.m., a street robbery was committed in the Cherry Hill Manor neighborhood in Newark.&amp;nbsp;The two victims were walking on an unlit service road between Nathan Hale Court and Ethan Allen Court when the suspect ran up to them.&amp;nbsp;The suspect placed an object, which the victim believed to be a gun, to the male victim&amp;rsquo;s head.&amp;nbsp;The victim went to the ground and surrendered money from his pocket.&amp;nbsp;The suspect briefly pointed the gun at the female victim, and then ran off.&amp;nbsp;The suspect said nothing during the incident.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Due to the dark environment, the victims could not provide a detailed description.&amp;nbsp;The suspect is believed to be a male, about 6 feet tall, wearing dark clothing that included a hooded jacket or sweatshirt.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

&lt;p&gt;On Wednesday November 18 around 2:35 a.m., a street robbery was committed on Prospect Avenue, Newark.&amp;nbsp;The victim had parked his car on Prospect Avenue and was walking to a friend&amp;rsquo;s house on the street.&amp;nbsp;The victim noticed he was being followed and ran to the front porch of the friend&amp;rsquo;s house.&amp;nbsp;While the victim was on the porch waiting to be let into the house, the suspect approached the victim from behind, placed what felt like a sharp object to his back, and demanded money.&amp;nbsp;The victim was then lightly struck on the head with a blunt object.&amp;nbsp;The victim surrendered his wallet, and the suspect ran off toward Wilbur Street.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div&gt;As the suspect fled, the victim saw a ratchet-style wrench in the suspect&amp;rsquo;s hand.&amp;nbsp;The suspect is a white male, early to mid 20&amp;rsquo;s, about 6 feet tall, average build, with some facial hair.&amp;nbsp;The suspect wore a white hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, a tan zippered jacket with a 3-tone stripe down the sleeves (tan/brown/white), blue polyester basketball shorts, and white sneakers.&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;On Thursday November 12 around 7:20 p.m. a resident of the first block of Blue Jay Drive, in the Arbour Park neighborhood in Newark returned home to find a burglar inside the house.&amp;nbsp;Upon being confronted, the burglar ran from the house, got into the driver seat of a car that was parked just up the street, and drove away onto Dove Drive.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
