On 9/23/14 the York City Police Neighborhood and Nuisance Abatement Units started serving felony drug delivery warrants in the City of York. Over the past couple of days eleven suspects have been arrested. There are two that remain at large. The deliveries occurred over that past two weeks in the areas of Maple & Duke St. and Pine & Princess St. This enforcement effort was directed towards the "street level" dealers that plague those neighborhoods. It was also done in cooperation and conjunction with the ATF "SOUTH SIDE GANG" enforcement efforts.

The following Felony Drug warrants have been served on:

1. Thomas Gregory Smith, 25 years old of 638 Kelker St. Harrisburg, PA
 Charge: Delivery of Cocaine
2. Damon Lamont Harris, 18 years old of 245 S. Pine St. York, PA
 Charge: Delivery of Heroin
3. Kayla Gibson, 26 years old of 127 Edgar St. York, PA
 Charge: Delivery of Cocaine
4. Joel Rodriguez-Domena, 34 years old of 240 E. Poplar St. York, PA
 Charge: Delivery of Heroin
5. Kiara Tiona Favers, 25 years old of 650 W. Philadelphia St. York, PA
 Charge: Delivery of Heroin
6. James Curtis Hall, Jr., 54 years old of 215 S. Pine St. York, PA
 Charge: Delivery of Cocaine
7. Elijah Juan Moultrey, 18 years old of 706 Jessop Pl. York, PA
 Charge: Delivery of Cocaine
8. Aki Amir Anthony Grier, 20 years old of 26 W. South St. York, PA
 Charge: Delivery of a Non-Controlled Substance
9. Christopher Thomas Lehigh, 32 years old of 158 S. Duke St. York, PA
 Charge: Delivery of Heroin

 10 & 11.  Two (2) male juveniles charged with delivery of cocaine. 

We are requesting the assistance of the public with providing information on the whereabouts of following subjects.  They should be considered armed and dangerous.  Please contact the York City Police with any information.
