A Walmart Loss Prevention officer observed Tillman shoplift food from the store. He was arrested and charged with shoplifting. A consent search was conducted on the vehicle he had been operating. A bag of crabmeat and cooked shrimp, which was the property reported stolen, were recovered in the vehicle.
