The 2020 Homewood Citizens Police Academy will start April 7th with graduation on May 19th.    This is every Tuesday Night from 6-8pm.  Dinner will be provided each night.  Topics covered will include: Use of Force, Traffic Stops/Vehicle Pursuits, Active Shooter, K9 Demo, Crime Scene Investigation, Tactical Team Demo, Department Overview, and Gun Safety/Awareness.   In order to attend you must live or work within the city limits of Homewood.  For applications or questions please contact Sgt.
