San Marcos Police Investigators are seeking information in the murder of local resident Frank Allen Urrutia (DOB: 11/12/1959). Mr. Urrutia was found murdered on Friday, September 16, 2011 near the Blanco River Bridge/IH 35 Turnaround. Mr. Urrutia was a well-known resident with disabilities and was last seen on Tuesday, September 13th. Anyone with information is asked to call the SMPD Criminal Investigation Division at 512-753-2300.
