The Greenlea Community covers the area from Highland Avenue to Hercules Avenue and from Drew Street to Union Street. It includes the following Associations: Greenlea and Otten Neighbors, Glenwood Neighbors, Grandview Terrace Neighborhood, Spring Lakes of Clearwater, Spring Lake South, Valencia Park, Windsor Park and Montclair Lake Estates.
